Democracy

Food for thought!!

George W. constantly preaches democracy to and for the world at large, especially over the Iraq debacle and one of the reasons for "going in".

He ignored the "No" vote of the democratic institution of the United Nations, comprising 191 members, went ahead and declared war on Saddam Hussein? The rest is history.

At the moment of attack on 20 March 2003 he had the supposed support of 30 nations, many with dubious reason, but with only 2 others active; Australia and the United Kingdom.

Was that democracy at work?

I ask you?

The list of 30:
Afghanistan, Albania, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Colombia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, El Salvador, Eritrea, Estonia, Ethiopia, Georgia, Hungary, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, the Netherlands, Nicaragua, the Philippines, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom and Uzbekistan.

Firefox Concerns

Well I am back after another stint in hospital and some more surgery and then after that a visa trip to Buenos Aires.

I had no idea how tricky an appendix can be but I am now well and truely on the mend.

Anyway if you are a Firefox supporter then you might like to visit something I wrote at Spread Firefox and add a comment.

I dont want to see such a fantastic thing fall over because of some stupid political Mozilla bulls--t.

Mike needs help!!

Edit:
Mike got his help AND a new job so everything is cool!!
